All participants must sign a liability waiver. This waiver relinquishes Sweat-n-Stilettos and all those associated with the Sweat-n-Stilettos brand from any liability of any incidents, accidents, or deaths resulting form voluntary participation in any program we offer. By signing this waiver, you are acknowledging your voluntary participation in our activities that are designed for entertainment purposes- not intended to treat any medical issues- and you are waiving your right to seek any type of judgement against Sweat-n-Stilettos.
